Chapter Meeting minutes are missing for this year, therefore the following is extracted from monthly newsletters and is assumed to be correct:
The Chapter Meetings continued at the Cathay House through this Chapter year.
October's meeting topic was "Planning Better Buildings - Utilizing Energy More Efficiently". This took the form of a panel discussion headed by Bob Bycraft of Public Works Canada.
There was a postal strike in November 1975 and this prevented the newsletter from being mailed out to members.
February's meeting topic was the "Capital Alterations to Existing HVAC Systems for Big Paybacks". Speaker was Prof. Bruce Findlay of Carleton University.
The March meeting entertainment was a panel discussion by contractors, called "Project Planning and Coordination" - the panel moderator was Stu Kennedy.
The April meeting topic was "Screw Liquid Chillers" with speaker Ken Torrel of Dunham Bush Canada Ltd.
May's meeting topic was "Energy in Canada" with speaker Paul Manders.
At May’s meeting the following slate of Officers were elected in by the members:
President - Grant Wilson
Vice-President - Jim Black
Secretary - Bob McKee
Treasurer - Ralph Warring
Board of Governors - Mike Acton, Roy Beckman, Bruce Findlay
Presumably, President Charlie Hobbs turned over his office to the incoming president Grant Wilson and thanked the executive for their assistance during the past year.

Disco is all the rage in the bars and night clubs.
The Apollo–Soyuz Test Project entailed the docking of an American Apollo spacecraft with the then-Soviet Soyuz spacecraft. Although the Soyuz was given a mission designation number (Soyuz 19) as part of the ongoing Soyuz program, it was referred to simply as "Soyuz" for the duration of the joint mission. The Apollo mission was not officially numbered, though some sources refer to it as "Apollo 18".
The U.S. launches the probe Viking 1, which, along with Viking 2, landed on Mars and sent back data and photos.
